Customer-supplied flooring is welcome. Choose and purchase the luxury vinyl plank flooring, have it onsite, and follow the manufacturer directions for acclimation and materials.

- Make sure the room is empty and existing flooring is removed for basic pricing.
- Extra preparation, removal, repair, trim, and transitions are quoted separately.

Old flooring removal and disposal

How much extra flooring should I purchase?
A common planning amount is approximately 10% extra for cuts and waste. Follow your flooring manufacturer or retailer guidance for your specific product.
Can you install flooring I already purchased?
Yes. Customer-supplied luxury vinyl plank flooring is welcome when it is suitable for the room and ready for installation.
Do you remove old flooring?
Removal and disposal of old flooring are quoted separately and are not included in the basic installation price.
Does the room need to be empty?
For basic installation pricing, the room should be empty. Furniture and appliance moving are quoted separately.
Can LVP be installed over an existing floor?
That depends on the existing floor, product instructions, height, moisture, flatness, and condition. Send details and photos for review.
What if the subfloor is uneven?
Subfloor leveling or repair is quoted separately. A clean, dry, reasonably level subfloor is assumed for basic installation.
Do you install luxury vinyl tile?
Luxury vinyl tile can be reviewed for a custom quote, especially if it is glue-down or a specialty product.
Do you install glue-down flooring?
Glue-down LVP or LVT requires an individual quote. The $3.50 starting price is for qualifying basic floating click-lock LVP installation.
Are trim and transitions included?
No. Trim, baseboards, quarter-round, shoe molding, and transitions are quoted separately.
